Photonic Power Systems International is a divisional unit organized for the sale of products and services. In the course of conducting business we have to collect some information about our customers and our prospective customers. We may on occasion share this information with third party vendors who have some function in our activities of providing our products or services. These third party vendors may also be informed about you based upon our judgment that they may improve your satisfaction with the experience you have with us, and may ultimately  make you a more satisfied buyer. We are not a information collection service and do not sell your personal information to others. We recognize your right not to have your information shared in any way beyond its use within our organization to provide you with a product or service. We will, upon notification by you, refrain from sharing of your information to third parties who do not directly participate in our business transaction with you.

Financial information that you provide to us, such as card numbers, and identification numbers are never shared and are protected for you by us using whatever reasonable means that can be applied to provide the safety of your information. We are not responsible for the protection of your information outside of the extent of our company and our databases or in your transactions with other companies or people.

We will share your information in all cases where we are required by United States law to do so, such as in government inquiries or court ordered subpoenas.
